Action Plan

Please play the video to hear my action plan for continuing my growth in educational technology.

This video is focused on my on-going plan for growth as an educational technology expert. I explain why I have created an action plan and the importance of this step as an educator. I begin by explaining the ISTE Standards for Coaches that I am most competent and least competent in. Then, I describe the activities I will do to continue to increase my competence in the ISTE-C Standards, explaining why I want to work on those specific standards. Finally, I discuss my future goals as an educational technology expert and explain how I plan to achieve those goals.

It is extremely important to me to be a lifelong learner, especially in my career. I will continue my growth as an educator and technology leader.
